Nose

Boiled sweets, green jelly babies, persimmon. Good oily maltiness then golden syrup, damp coffee grounds and a charred wood note. Impressive.

Palate

Medium to full. A sweet start, then a concentration of Victoria plum jam in cenre of the tongue. Oily weight, plump fruits. gains more oiliness with water.

Finish

Long and smooth.
