Nose

Fruit-forward with cooked russet apples and crunchy conference pears, and with a hint of boiled lemon sweets. Things get more indulgent with sticky toffee and creamy vanilla panna cotta.

Palate

Soft, creamy and delicate, with more baked orchard fruit and Galia melon, and maltiness. Then we’re indulging in a big bowl of buttered popcorn and hot buttered toast smothered in orange marmalade (bits in).

Finish

Gentle, and still beautifully creamy.

Comment

This would make an excellent breakfast whisky.
