Standard (Distillery or blended)
Nose: Cooked vegetables, wood, with musty/damp earth over hard spirit.
Palate: Strange. Confected and honeyed. Has weight, but little breadth.
Finish: Hot, short and metallic.
Comment: No easy rider this, more a Hell's Angel.
Nose: A bit flat. Lightly fruity and nutty.
Palate: Thin. Brown sugar. Hint of raisins.
Finish: Dryish. Quick.
Comment: The bourbon counterpart to long-neck Bud?
