Nose

Pencil shavings, orange squash, cedar-wood blocks, and caramel-poached apricots. Lemon zest top notes and a whiff of thyme. Lots of soft brown sugar too.

Palate

Medium body, with dried pineapple, gentle black tea tannin, and muscovado. Juicy papaya, candied ginger, capsicum, and glace cherry. The sweetness intensifies with water.

Finish

Caps things off with more brown sugar and gentle tannins dry things out to finish back with thyme.
