Nose

Initially honeyed and luscious with white fruit and crisp, but sweet grain notes. Lightly herbal with developing sweet fruit and hints of oak and light smoke.

Palate

A little leaner than the nose would suggest and showing more of the dried fruit grain notes. However it has some pleasant barley, apricot and subtle oak moments.

Finish

Long and lightly smoky with crisp, lightly herbal grain and spices. \n

Comment

A delightful blend. The grain feels like it has some age and makes up for the lessened malt character on the palate.
