Nose

Lychee and Robinson’s peach squash, foam banana sweets, fondant icing, vanilla cupcakes, pistachio ice cream, and Virginia tobacco. A whiff of cough drop, first-aid kit and sourdough.

Palate

Lots of green and floral notes. Gooseberry, Bisongrass, white grape and the medicinal touch of lemon throat sweets.

Finish

Sharp citrus fades nicely to green apple peel.

Comment

The fruits lead, while the peat adds structure.
