Nose

Clean and initally dry nose which sweetens up in time: vanilla/butter, light spice and cereal.

Palate

Fairly dry start: spicy and nutty with lemon-accented fruit then a creamy soft centre. A lovely medium-rich rich nuttiness. Evolves well.

Finish

Soft with a spicy tingle.

Comment

On the lighter side but attractive.
