Nose

Very fresh to start. There’s vanilla, honey, coconut, lemon, and dried ginger.

Palate

Some toffee and mint, a bit of cream and some delicate spice. Very soft and gentle.

Finish

Quite short, with a bit of toffee sweetness and pepper.

Comment

An easy-going whisky but not the most complex.
