Nose

Warm apples and pears, alongside vanilla bean and a bit of banana. There’s a touch of something smoky in the background, but the first sense is very much of the sweeter notes.

Palate

Well-rounded with some marshmallowy notes, then dry hay, vanilla, strawberry foams, and wet ash.

Finish

A touch of a sulphur/rubber note alongside dry, aromatic wood staves.

Really tasty — I wanted to keep having another sip of this one.
