Nose

Fresh and slightly mealy with a light green note: think whittled sticks and wet grass.

Palate

Clean and quite light but a sound balance between the wood and the spirit, with the former in the background. Hazelnuts, star anise and buttery biscuits.

Finish

Vanilla and nuts.
