Nose
An intriguing blend of savoury and jammy notes. Strawberry gummy sweets, Kriek, sourdough, and barbecue pork. With time, old dunnage notes and cherry brandy.
Palate
Wonderfully sweet and fruity from the outset. Brambles and blackcurrants, wine gums and tinned peaches. Some more tropical notes too: dried mango and roasted pineapple slices.
Finish
As the fruitiness fades, a gentle nuttiness comes to the fore.
Comment
It’s liquid trail mix. Nicely moreish.
