Nose

Soft and fresh with a minerality to it. Green grass and gunflint,then sweet seaweed. Very discreet.

Palate

Delicate and slightly bleached out. An abandoned boat on a tropical beach. Clean linen and a texture akin to olive oil. Bracing,though the smoke's presence is almost a memory haunting the palate.

Finish

Sea breezes.

Underplayed and understated and all the more interesting for it. Aperitif.
