Nose

Soft and bright, like a meadow on a spring day. A touch of baked apple, then clear honey, fresh grass, and coastal air.

Palate

More buttery on the palate than expected. Then, candy floss, some rhubarb and custard sweets, bitter lemon, and green grass.

Finish

A bit short with a touch of woody spice.

Comment

The nose is very of a place — I was immediately out in the Scottish fresh air. But I could have done with a bit more complexity on the palate.
