Nose

Quite delicate on the nose at first, with creamy porridge, fresh apricot and stewed pears. Some sawn oak and malt milk, with halloumi and olive oil. Subtle spice, especially coriander seed and cumin, lurk in the bass notes with toffee.

Palate

Medium bodied. Quite concentrated baked apples, brown sugar, pastry, dried apricot and custard, with some clove spice. Somewhat bittersweet, with tarragon and peppery rocket.

Finish

Medium. Sweet and peppery notes move to tobacco and celery.

Well-rounded and complex.
