Nose

A shy start developing into savoury aromas of cornbread and rye grass with a sweet nuttiness in roasted chestnuts and toffee-coated popcorn.

Palate

More of that crunchy popcorn with seeded rye bread and hot, buttered corn on the cob. That chestnut quality continues too, joined now by some roasted hazelnuts and caramel milk chocolate.

Finish

A touch of cinnamon spice, caramel and nuts.

A Bourbon that ticks all the boxes. It takes time to open in the glass but this’ll be a crowd-pleaser.
