ABV 50%
Some whiskey this, ticks all the boxes. Just a riot of sweetness that doesn’t seem to want to end.

Nose: Forget sherry bombs, this is a butter and caramel explosion. Huge and encompassing spices, hints of gentle smoke, like warming cedar wood. Cinnamon and chocolate.
Palate: Huge, huge sweetness then all those spices come through. Shades of banana bread and butter. Honey and buttered fresh cornbread straight out of the oven.
Finish: Long and sweet, despite its ABV very soft and just keeps going.
Comment: Some whiskey this, ticks all the boxes. Just a riot of sweetness that doesn’t seem to want to end.

Nose: Sweet popcorn. Caramel, cereals. So far nothing too crazy. All of a sudden it ducks and dives between sweet, with some cranberries and savoury through a satay peanut aroma.
Palate: Mostly sweetness to begin. Caramel, the vanilla pod and cinnamon too. Red berries, sandwich ham and rocket salad.
Finish: Faint reminder of the cranberries but mostly sweet caramel.
Comment: Nostalgic and a real treat- worthy of smuggling past the cinema usher instead of the popcorn, but please don't commit crimes on our part.
