Nose
Smoky and headily fruity with grilled figs, marmalade, strawberry and raspberry jam, with a meaty, smoked ham quality as well.
Palate
The meatiness shines through with marmalade-glazed ham topped with sliced preserved lemons. Baking spices, black pepper and stewed bramble fruits dominate the mid-palate, that soft, drying smoke fusing everything together.
Finish
Dry, meaty and delicately smoky.
