Taster

Nose: Fresh apricots, sultanas, and lemon zest. Grassy, with floral notes of blossom honey, caramel, and subtle cream coffee. Distinctive honeysuckle.

Palate: Very light-bodied. Fresh plum, apricot and nectarine. Chantilly cream gives way to delicate citrus and floral notes reminiscent of lemon and lime Barratt Refresher sweets, jasmine tea, and a touch of chalky parma violets. A little green banana and porridge. Calendula and meadowsweet.

Finish: Medium, on those grassy and floral notes.

Comment: Delicate, balanced, and elegant.

Taster

Nose: Caramelised banana and milk chocolate chips. Grassy rye spice and a hint of fresh green apple skin. A little vanilla and white pepper, with raisin and Maraschino cherry.

Palate: Light-medium bodied. Maraschino cherry notes come forward with hints of coffee sponge cake, ground ginger, and cocoa powder, underlaid by that subtle spicy rye note. Malted milkshake with banana and a hint of hazelnut butter.

Finish: Medium, on cherry and apple cordial with a hint of flaked almond.

Comment: Sweet, soft, and juicy.
