Nose

A kid in a sweet shop with foam bananas, lemon sherbet and Highland Toffee bars. Wisps of pine resin and warm spices.

Palate

Punchy fruit which quickly bursts with overtones of toasted walnuts, lime and chilli cashews followed by maple syrup. A buttery texture.

Finish

Medium finish with a lingering sweet spice of crystallised ginger.

A fruity bubble waiting to burst. Sweet, dry and buttery.
