Palate
Smooth and silky. Some oiliness. Sweet maltiness enhanced by a minty note. Develops on marzipan and soft spices.

Drier but gentle and delicate.

A well-structured dram with character and delicacy. Very refreshing. A perfect Speysider to recommend.
