Nose

Masked by the spirit but there are undertones of freshly squeezed grapefruit and coconut oil. Heavy on vegetal aromas of sautéed peppers and boiled red cabbage.

Palate

A vegetal sourness dominates straight away but those citrus fruits are trying their best to peek through.

Finish

Rich and bitter with a juicy oiliness coating the palate.

Comment

Like opening a damp cupboard and spritzing it with some lemon juice.
