Taster

Nose: Autumnal, piles of dry leaves, drying grass cuttings. Fruit notes develop, peach and apricot. Roasted cob nuts.

Palate: Sweet peach syrup. Very clean and fresh. Water softens the alcohol nicely\rand brings out peach cobbler and baked apples.

Finish: Clean and herbal.

Comment: Without water this is a little unbalanced, but with water it transforms into a gorgeous dram.
