Nose
Complex and layered. Heather honey with stewed apple. Golden rum like with plenty of toasted wood and light coconut notes.
Palate
Smooth and gentle. A whisky which caresses the tongue but which retains a freshness, allowing it to avoid being overly cloying. In time, honey nut cornflakes, guava, and lemon zest.
Finish
Smooth, long and balanced.
Comment
A very fine grain indeed. Recommended.
