Nose
Fragrant and slightly Cognac like vine flower/orange blossom and pollen. Has good intensity and a sweet softness akin to golden syrup. With water that floral aspect continues: elderflower cordial and chamomile.
Palate
Soapy. That’s a shame after such an enchanting nose. Rasps are in there underneath the suds.
Finish
Dry and quite short.
Comment
Sadly the soapiness knocks it down.
