Tasting Notes

Martine Nouet

Taster

Nose: Light, restrained. Barleysugar. Cream soda. Floral and biscuity.

Palate: A thick syrupy feel, getting thinner in time. Like touching a velvety satin. The same malty and fruity profile as on the nose. Enticing and fresh. With a spicy kick on the tongue.

Finish: Medium, drying on dusty spices while keeping sweet.

Comment: A charming “whispering” whisky. Perfect to greet springtime. Needs a few drops of water to sooth down the alcohol bite.

Score: 7.8

Taster

Nose: Very held back and gentle but slowly releases malty notes, vanilla and a gentle floral tone.

Palate: Bit of an iron fist in a velvet glove. Starts gentle, lures you in the releases a wonderful spiced kick.

Finish: Sweet with spices.

Comment: A whisky to celebrate the coming of Spring with. Light and spicy.
