Nose

Creamy caramel and vanilla, Twix bar, some sweet citrus.With water, lemon and honey toddy.

Palate

Much grungier than the nose. Savoury and earthy green salad. Sappy and immature or at least unbalanced. A big hit of spice.

Finish

Medium, hot and peppery.

Comment

Disappointing. Should have been left with the blending stock.
