Nose

Lovely aromas of intense, dusty, gristy barley with hints of floral honey, perfumed apricot, herbs, earth and a touch of toffee. Superbly fresh and vibrant with a classic Highland minerality.

Palate

Fuller than the nose, which is down to the abundance of über soft honey that coats the palate. Densely fruity, hints of malt biscuits, breakfast cereal, minerals and late vanilla. \n

Finish

Very long and very honeyed with hints of coffee, herbs and minerals in the finish. \n

Comment

Now that’s what I call a breakfast malt. I think I’ll have it with my honey nut cornflakes!
