Palate

Explosive smokiness balanced by a silky soft mid-palate. Seashore aromas, fish oil, light ginger, lavender. Sooty. Great balance.

Finish

Smoke and ginger.

Holding all those expressive peaty malts in check is a difficult task. This does so with poise.
