Nose

Freshly mown grass, sweet elderflower, and chamomile tea. Raw chopped fennel and a hint of ground coriander. Fresh orange peel, clementine flesh, and blueberry pancakes with golden syrup.

Palate

Medium bodied, with nice oiliness. Citrus notes turn to preserved lemon and lemon drizzle cake. Honeyed chamomile and fennel. Grain notes underneath, like cooking porridge. Black pepper.

Finish

Medium, on spicy notes of star anise and black pepper.
