Palate

Medium bodied. Sherried wood notes, with pumpernickel, poppy seed, gentle fennel seed, and more dill. Sweet balsamic glaze. Porridge oats and chocolate milk. Toffee and blackberry.

Finish

Medium-long. Blackberry jam swells and fades, leaving echoes of rye.
