Nose
Quite floral initially: some lavender and nasturtiums before orange blossom and a peppery note.
Palate
Caramac bars and green flower stems — like when you break a daffodil. There’s a touch of lemon pepper and some of that spicy nasturtium note.
Finish
Slightly oaky and a touch sweet with a lingering note of freshly ground black peppercorns and sea spray.
Comment
A whisky that throws some punches and then retreats under a blanket of meadow flowers.
