Tasting Notes

Taster

Nose: Aromatic. Grassy. Lemon peel. Tarragon. Uncooked bread. Touch of leather.

Palate: Minty, refreshing. Starts with cereals then fruit comes through, stewed plums marinated with vanilla pods.

Finish: Vanishes quickly but smoothly with light spices.

Comment: Takes you on the Speyside Way for a pleasant digestive walk.

Score: 7.8

Taster

Nose: Young nose: lemon, peanuts. A dusty, grain loft aroma. Water doesn't dampen down the floury notes. Not integrated.

Palate: Light crisp and green, the lemons again – and the floury maltiness. Pretty one-dimensional.

Finish: Short.

Comment: Lacks integration and complexity.
