Palate: Light-medium bodied. Blossom honey on white toast. Tinned pears in syrup with fluffy Chantilly cream. More syrupy elderflower cordial.

Taster

Nose: Grape juice, elderflower, peach candy, and dried pineapple. Crème brûlée, vanilla sponge cake and ripe kiwi. Subtle brown sugar and faint cardamom.

Palate: Medium-full bodied. Poached apples, pears and plums. Red grape juice, fresh blackberry, fresh apricot and honeydew melon. Orange wine gums, subtle waxiness.

Finish: Long, lingering on the juicy orange gummy candy notes.

Comment: Immensely juicy, chewy, and fruity. Quite simple, but delicious!
