Nose
Groundnut oil mixed with dry oak and cereal. Chalky, just-baked fruit cake. Not a lot by way of interaction. With water it’s flat.
Palate
More substance than on the the nose and the fruitiness in the centre suggests that more time in cask wouldn’t have hurt. Light maltiness.
Finish
Green fruits.
