Nose

A burnt aroma. Smoke drifting from a bonfire mingling with the aroma of lit fireworks. The sulphury notes fly off quickly revealing roasted chestnut, fruit cake,treacle toffee.

Palate

Big bodied and muscular with a fascinating mix of sweet and savoury and just enough bitterness to add\ranother layer.

Finish

Almost vinous thick feel.

An uncompromising malt which demands a cigar..or two. Love it,or leave it,this one won't care. The best of\rthe Boisdale trio.
