Nose

Cigar tobacco, liquorice stick, tamarind, dried orange, bay leaf, thyme, caramel coffee chocolates, seeded wholemeal bread, and beef stock.

Palate

Light-medium bodied. Plum wine, roasted pineapple syrup, pine nuts, wholemeal bread, sunflower seeds, apricot jam, clove, and some bitter lemon zest.

Finish

Medium. Cola cube and orange oils linger.

Comment

A complex and mature dram on the drier side of the spectrum.
