Nose

Pear drop and root beer, a brief whiff of nail polish, then shea butter and coconut oil. Sesame oil and ghee. Chamomile tea with honey. Blackberry gummy sweets.

Palate

Medium-light. A medley of candied blackberries and orange segments, sweet ricotta, caramel coffee liqueurs, Medjool dates and salted pistachios.

Finish

Medium. Those caramel-coffee notes play out.
