Nose

Pear juice, key lime pie and fresh basil, followed by hot acetate and tobacco ash. Gorse flowers, lavender and barbequed smoky bacon and cauliflower cheese.

Palate

Sweet tobacco ash and bonfire smoke, pickled beetroot, cranberry juice, oyster beignets and lastly prawn crackers.

Finish

Buttery in consistency with the ash smoke carrying straight through the palate.
