Nose
Fresh. Ozone and oak. Lifted aromas: sea thrift, lemon, malt/tablet, cinnamon bun, peaches in cream. A lovely nutty seaside (beech nuts?) air: brine, hot shells.
Palate
Fresh and bracing with mellow fruit (mango/orange) in yogurt, lemon, almond and then the sea.
Finish
Long, warm, soft.
Comment
This has an extra maritime edge and is disgracefully (dangerously) drinkable.
