Nose

Green tea, blossom honey and vanilla pod. Kiwi, jasmine and proving pizza dough. A touch of olive oil, saffron and butterscotch.

Palate

Medium bodied. More green tea and honey, with vanilla sponge cakes and butter icing. Sultana, poached pear, sage and white grape juice.

Finish

Medium-long, the vanilla cake and green tea lingers.

Comment

A very elegant, mature, well-integrated and delicate dram.
