Nose
Creamy blue cheese with parsley oil. A smoky, slightly ashy note. Hints of plasticine and brick dust. Red peanut, Hershey’s chocolate, and a little caramel. With time, raw enriched bread dough.
Palate
Light bodied. Cooked apple and pear with caster sugar. Sweet yeasted buns with hints of baking spice. A hint of graphite. Cornflake cereal with dairy milk. Building peppery warmth.
Finish
Medium, on jasmine green tea with honey.

A bold and exciting character that is spirit forward.
