Tasting Notes

Nose

Pine sap, Fisherman’s Friend lozenge, wood smoke, pickle brine, Key Lime Pie, white chocolate, polenta and mozzarella sticks. Orange oils, rose, anise and coal.

Palate

Medium-full bodied. Smoked fruits (pear, apple, honeydew melon), and milk chocolates with strawberry cream filling. Delicate iodine, subtle ricotta cheese and brioche.

Finish

Long, with the full palate experience fading slowly.

Comment

Layered, balanced and full flavoured. One couldn’t ask an Ileach for more.
