Nose

Very, very delicate. Icing sugar and honey water, some green apple and faint malty notes. A little cream cheese, too.

Palate

Light bodied. Spirit forward. Closed at first, it opens up a little on the palate to deliver a touch of honey, vanilla sponge, white sesame, and applesauce.

Finish

Medium length. Apple skin and icing sugar.

Comment

One might call this ‘reposado’ whisky. The spirit is clean, bright and present, but it’s very restrained.
