Taster

Nose: Dried hay and meadow flowers, soft toffee, vanilla and camp coffee.

Palate: A grassy, minty note leads, with some vanilla sweetness, Granny Smith apple pieces, and condensed milk, with a squirt of honey.

Finish: Creamy cereals intertwine with a slight sweet white wine note and fresh oak.

Comment: Another whisky of personality. The floral notes aren’t quite as pronounced and succulent as before but there’s plenty going on here to get excited about.
