Nose: Light, youthful and floral. A mix of cut grass, clover, tinned fruit salad and lots of cream. Loses impact with water.

Palate: Gentle sweetness. Sponge cake, sweet orange peel. The grass becomes drier, adding a firm edge.

Finish: Gentle. Soft.

Comment: Lovely nose (once again). . Lacks a bit of depth (once again).

Taster

Nose: Initially very delicate, with developing floral and plum notes.

Palate: Straightforward, with eating apples, cream, and a hint of honey.

Finish: The cream from the palate persists as acceptable oakiness develops.

Comment: Pleasant enough, but straightforward!
