Tasting Notes

Nose

Wonderfully autumnal, leaf mulch and damp earth. Then a lovely sweetness emerges, salted caramel brownies with cherry compote and kiwi fruit ice cream. There’s almost a hint of fresh mint leaf too.

Palate

Follows the nose nicely with those autumnal notes: drying leaves, distant wood fires, and a little freshly cured leather. Sweetness comes in the shape of caramel wafers and custard cream.

Finish

Long and coating, with black treacle bitterness, olive sourdough bread and peanut butter.
