Nose
Fresh blackberries, raspberries and cranberries. Toasted tea cake with burnt crust, gingerbread and brewed Ceylon tea. Orange oils, beeswax and wholemeal bread.
Palate
Light bodied. Orange cake, golden syrup, flapjack, and white chocolate. Candied apple pieces, gingerbread and black tea with honey and milk. Slightly ashy.
Finish
Long. Roasted chestnut, sultana, and Pink Lady apple.

Intensely fruity.
