Nose

Palate

Sweetish at first then a lovely strawberry and black pepper spice note comes through, clingy like balsamic vinegar. Fruit here too and gentle sherry notes and Christmas spices.

Finish

Spicy and long lasting, with hints of caramel and that strawberry sweetness and black pepper spice.
