Nose

Beeswax, honeycomb, a heady floral note, heather in bloom, then a herbal\redge creeps in, waxed paper, sweet wrappers, new Barbour jackets.

Palate

Soft black fruits, meringue nests, honey, but also a savoury note: goats cheese, malt bread and oak shavings.

Finish

Sweet then some bitter oak, not a bad thing though.
