Nose
Intense, fruity. Ripe white currant, juicy pears, cider apples. Opening on drier notes. Raisins. Marzipan.
Palate
Velvety. Quite thick. Sweet at start. Milk chocolate with raisins and nuts. Then releasing a flame of spices.
Finish
Spicy. Warm. Touch of Tabasco.
Comment
Rich in fruit obviously but the influence of sauternes cask does not seem as obvious as with the previous sample. The raisins note is more present on the nose.
